The 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star is taking on the lead role of Dr. Christopher Duntsch on the adaptation of hit real-life podcast about the Texas surgeon who maimed and killed his patients.

AceShowbiz - Jamie Dornan, Alec Baldwin and Christian Slater are set to star in an adaptation of hit real-life podcast "Dr. Death".
Based on the disturbing true story of Dr. Christopher Duntsch, a rising star in the Dallas, Texas medical community, who maimed and killed his patients, "Dr. Death" became a hit podcast on the Wondery website.
Duntsch was eventually sentenced to serve life behind bars when his malpractice crimes became known to two fellow surgeons and an Assistant District Attorney.
According to Deadline, Dornan will play Duntsch, while Baldwin and Slater will portray the two other surgeons, Robert Henderson and Randall Kirby.
