Making the best out of a tripping incident when performing 'Walk This Way', the 'Deuces Are Wild' rocker continues delivering the tune while lying on his back.

AceShowbiz - Steven Tyler took a scary tumble during an Aerosmith concert in Maryland on Thursday night (August 08) almost 10 years after a serious stage fall.

Fan-shot video, posted online, shows the rocker tripping and falling, ironically while performing "Walk This Way", as a roadie rushes to his rescue.

At one point, Tyler sang the tune while lying on his back, and he completed the track as part of the "Deuces Are Wild" tour stop set at The Theater at MGM National Harbor as if nothing had happened.

In August, 2009, Tyler had to be airlifted to a hospital after falling from the stage during a concert at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Tyler fell while performing "Love in an Elevator" and suffered minor head and neck injuries and a shoulder injury.
