AceShowbiz - Kid Rock has risked a backlash from Taylor Swift fans by suggesting her politics are ruled by her Hollywood dreams.
The "ME!" singer broke her political silence last year (2018) when she publicly endorsed a Tennessee Democrat, but Republican Kid Rock is convinced she's just like him deep down.
In a crude tweet, the Donald Trump fan questioned Taylor's motivations for getting political, writing, "Taylor Swift wants to be a democrat because she wants to be in movies... period, and it looks like she will suck the door knob off Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl."
Hollywood is notoriously anti-Republican, with only a few stars, like Kelsey Grammer, Stephen Baldwin and Jerry Bruckheimer, supporting Republicans.
Rock's tweet comes days after the publication of Swift's new Vogue cover interview, in which she opens up about her decision to speak out on LGBTQ rights, sexism in entertainment and her huge donation to the Tennessee Equality Project.
