Prior to the intervention by the famed psychologist, the former 'Jackass' star posted two rambling videos on Instagram in which he pleaded for the doctor's help in resolving a family matter.

AceShowbiz - "Jackass" star Bam Margera has agreed to return to rehab following a meeting with top self-help guru Dr. Phil McGraw.

The TV personality reached out to Dr. Phil over the weekend (August 04) and asked for his help in resolving a family matter, and sources tell The Blast McGraw met with Bam on Monday and urged him to seek help for substance abuse and mental health issues.

"Bam agreed to go away for help," an insider tells the outlet, revealing the stuntman will enter a live-in facility for the next 60 to 90 days.

During his chat with Dr. Phil, Margera's estranged mother, April, and his wife, Nikki, also begged Bam to get help.

Margera seemed upbeat as he left the intervention and took to social media to call McGraw "the greatest," adding, "he secretly flew out nikki and (son) phoenix wolf, had my mom on standby. Got down to the root of the problem and isolated it down with no one interupting (sic) each other."

In two rambling videos Bam posted online on Sunday, he asked for Dr. Phil's help, explaining his family is "in shambles" and adding, "It's been worse than it's ever been, ever."

He revealed he and his mother, April, are currently estranged and he doesn't get along with his wife, Nikki - the mother of his 18-month-old son.

His bizarre video posts came a day after he was escorted off a plane following an alleged pre-flight bust-up. Bam has been battling addiction issues in recent years, undergoing several rehab stints.
