AceShowbiz - Fabolous has spoken up after he's reported to have broken up with his longtime girlfriend Emily Bustamante and dating other people. The rapper is clearly not happy with the rumors, taking to his Instagram account to debunk the "bogus story."

"I've never said I Split up From EMILY. I love EMILY Bustamante!!!!" he posted on late Thursday, July 25. "We are a couple working on our relationship." The 41-year-old hip-hop star called out TMZ, which first reported the news of his alleged split and new lady, adding, "That @tmz story & blogs are LIES."

"@TMZ posted a lunch meeting I had wit a Female Teacher & said I was on a date & added a bogus story that I cut off or split from EMILY," he continued. "This is Deflamation (sic) of Character!!!!" He threatened to take legal action, writing, "I'm going to reach out to my lawyers to take action!! This is Baseless & affecting my likeness, my character & MY FAMILY."

TMZ earlier reported that Fabolous and Emily recently had called it quits. Sources close to the "Throw It in the Bag" hitmaker allegedly told the site that he had been actively dating other people. Supporting this claim, the news outlet shared a picture of Fabolous allegedly on a lunch date with a mystery woman. In the picture, the two sat across the table from each other and devoured their foods, but didn't show any PDA.

Appearing to contradict their split reports, the pair who have been together together for over a decade recently shared photos that hinted they're on a vacation together. Fabolous posted a photo of him sipping a drink near a pool in the Bahamas, while Emily shared her photos on the same Caribbean island with the backdrop of the beautiful blue ocean.
