The 'Old Town Road' hitmaker and Sony Music have been sued by a publisher who claims the rapper's 'Carry On' track samples Bobby Caldwell's song without approval.

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X has worried a few fans by posting a cryptic message, suggesting his welfare is at risk.
The "Old Town Road" star responded to reports suggesting he is being sued over a new song, "Carry On", by posting a head-scratching note on social media on Thursday (July 25).
"if anything ever happens to me just know i love and appreciate all of you," he wrote.
As we reported earlier, Lil Nas X and Sony are being sued by a publisher, who claims his new track infringes on the rights of another song of the same name, recorded by Bobby Caldwell in the early 1980s.
