The 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker has had real struggles with the pressure of being famous and her packed schedule, but 'she is in a good place' now, a source assures.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B caused her husband Offset to worry about her so much after she posted an alarming tweet last weekend. The Bronx femcee tweeted on Sunday, July 21, "Wish I was dead," but quickly deleted it, after defending herself from rape and "blackfishing" allegations on social media.

According to a source, the 26-year-old star's tweet gave her husband, who is away in Europe, a real scare. "He freaked out when she tweeted that and called her right away to check in," the source tells HollywoodLife.com about the Migos member's reaction.

It doesn't help that the couple is separated miles apart. "Offset is in Europe right now and they are both missing each other badly," the source adds. "They FaceTime multiple times a day but it's very hard on both of them. Cardi always gets really moody when they have to be apart, she hates it."

The source goes on sharing, "Offset hates having to leave her and Kulture [their one-year-old daughter] too, he misses them and he worries about them so much when he's away."

Cardi quickly deleted the tweet because "she regretted sharing [the 'Wish I was dead' message] as soon as she tweeted that" and "gave a lot of people a real scare, including Offset." Another source tells HollywoodLife.com, "As soon as Cardi tweeted what she did, she realized that it wasn't something to take lightly and decided to delete it because she knew people would misinterpret what she said and that's the last thing she wanted to do."

"Often times Cardi loves to be real to her fans and tell it like it is, but she then forgets the power that she holds and what her words hold," the source explains. "Sometimes she does [things] without thinking [whereas] she should think and then do. This was a wake up call."

Cardi reportedly had to reassure her "friends and family that she is totally OK" and that "no one should be heavily concerned at all for her." The so-called insider adds, "She is in a good place and her family life and career are just as great, which is a breath of fresh air [for those] who were scared that she was in a bad place."

But the "I Like It" hitmaker does have real struggles with the pressure of her job. "She does struggle at times, though. People think because she's famous and successful, automatically she's happy all the time but that's not true," so the source claims. "She has her low moments like everyone else, sometimes even lower because the pressure is so extreme it’s beyond normal and it does get to her at times." The source, however, insists that "fortunately Cardi is okay" now.
