Besides a close-up photo of Skylar Gray, the Bravo personality also includes a photo of her fiance Slade Smiley giving her a kiss on the forehead as she holds their baby.

AceShowbiz - Responding to fans' demand to share the first photos of her newborn daughter Skylar Gray, Gretchen Rossi took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 17 to share several photos of the little bundle of joy. In addition to the adorable pictures, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" alum got candid about her "tough" recovery.

Included in the post were a close-up look at Skylar as well as a photo of Gretchen sharing a sweet moment with fiance Slade Smiley. In the snap, Slade was seen giving his reality TV star fiancee a kiss on her forehead as she held their newborn daughter. There was also an image of Slade and Skylar spending father-daughter bonding time together.

All the photos were taken by Patty Othon Photography at the hospital.

"And then there was 3," the proud mother captioned the photos. "Thank you to the good Lord above for the most precious gift we have ever been given! Our perfect little miracle!" She then said about her recovery journey, "My recovery has been really tough (headed back to the doctors now to check if I popped a stitch) This has been the most difficult thing I have ever done yet the most amazing, rewarding, incredible experience of my life!"

"I cry every five seconds it seems, either from pain, hormones, or just pure bliss looking into her sweet little eyes!" Gretchen continued. "Breastfeeding 24/7 as well, but she has latched on well... thank God! Of course we have a million more pictures to post and I'm sorry in advance!" Concluding her lengthy caption, the Bravo star promised to "start posting on my stories all the fun we have had this past week getting to bond and know her."

Gretchen gave birth to Skylar on July 10, with her rep saying in a statement, "They are doing well. They went in about 9 A.M. for a C-section at a hospital in Orange County." Recently, Gretchen hit back at those who kept asking to post photos of her baby when she was still recovering.

"First let's be clear I don't owe any of you who are making these ridiculous comments anything," she said. "I was certainly in no way thinking about or concerned about posting on my social media. Also we really wanted to take some time to bond and get to know our little girl!! To me that is called being a good Mom!"
