It's reported that Corey Bohan was supposed to hand over their 3-year-old daughter Kirra to the TV personality on Fourth of July, but he was a no-show and couldn't be reached out.

AceShowbiz - Audrina Patridge's Fourth of July holiday was almost ruined by her ex-husband Corey Bohan. The TV personality was supposed to spend the holiday along with her 3-year-old daughter Kirra, but according to TMZ, Corey was a no-show when he should have been handing over the little girl to Audrina. This sent her into panic to the point where police had to get involved.
The publication reported that per the former couple's custody arrangement, Corey is ordered to return Kirra to Audrina every Thursday at 10 A.M. at California's Costa Mesa Police Department and that they alternate Independence Day. But last week, the BMX driver didn't come nor did he answer her texts and calls. This made "The Hills: New Beginnings" star very worried, especially because an earthquake had hit Southern California that same day.
Police eventually conducted a welfare check at Corey's house at 10:45 A.M. and found Kirra with him. He allegedly thought that it was his turn to have the child when it was actually Audrina's turn to spend Fourth of July with Kirra.
It's said that Audrina is looking into filing a contempt court order against Corey. However, nothing has yet to be filed.
Audrina and Corey welcomed Kirra in June 2014, months before they tied the knot. In September 2017, the former contestant of "Dancing with the Stars" filed for divorce from the athlete and filed restraining order against him as she accused Corey of domestic violence.
However, in March 2018, Audrina claimed that Corey threatened her outside California's Irvine Police Department. She said in court filing, "Corey threatened me directly, saying, 'You better start f***ing playing nice. I'm f***ing warning you,' pointing at me while he spoke. I am frightened by Corey's escalation of his anger and threats."
Audrina was eventually awarded primary custody of Kirra in November, with Corey receiving visitation rights. Their divorce itself was finalized in the following month.
