AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey recently broke the internet with her diva-like take on the viral #BottleCapChallenge. Many were amazed by the "GTFO" singer's way to take off the cap, and her ex-husband Nick Cannon was among them.
On Sunday, July 7, Mariah took to social media to share a video of her doing the viral challenge. Instead of the round kick that others including Jason Statham and John Mayer executed with precision, the five-time Grammy winner opted to unscrew the cap with her high note.
What made her take interesting was that Mimi did some preparatory martial arts-style moves. That successly led people into thinking she was going to do a high-kick in her fitted black dress.
"Hilarious!!!!" Nick wrote in the comment section of Mimi's Instagram post. He was not the only one who commented as Usher left three crying and laughing emojis, while Ruby Rose said, "This is what they call a win."
Also gushing over the diva, Rita Ora wrote, "You win hands down." Her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka was also among the commenters as he said, "Winner!!!"
Mariah and Nick split in 2014 after being together for eight years. The pair share twins Moroccan and Monroe. Despite the divorce, the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" hitmaker and the rapper have been showing an amicable relationship while co-parenting their 8-year-old twins.
