Many believe that Kim's second daughter Ariana Biermann has had at least botox or lip filler to alter her face and look more like the 'Don't Be Tardy...' star.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak recently gave her Instagram followers a triple treat by sharing her photo with her daughters Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann. All three ladies looked pretty and had similar style, with long blonde locks, defined eyebrows and plumped lips.
While many of Kim's followers were marveled at the trio's beauty, some people focused on the negative and pointed out how Ariana's look was unnatural. They alleged that Kim, Brielle and Ariana have all gone under the knife to enhance their looks and they were not happy particularly because Ariana is still 17 years old.
These trolls took to the comment section to blast the family matriarch for allegedly letting her younger daughter have plastic surgery. "Look at yourself...what are you teaching/showing your daughters," one commenter wrote. Another weighed in, "Yes stop with the Botox especially your daughters too young...sorry."
Some others simply left hateful comments on Kim and her daughters. "The three of you should be a commercial for Botox," one suggested. "A hot botox mess tooooo much," another dissed the three girls. "I'll I see is filler," someone else alleged.
Others urged the reality TV star and her two daughters to stop altering their faces, because they already look beautiful. "Y'all beautiful. Stop doing stuff to y'all face. Y'all natural beauty," someone kindly reminded them.
Another left a comment for Brielle, "You're all so pretty, but seriously Brielle, stop with the lip injections. You're too pretty, don't need it."
Someone else had a similar message for Ariana and commented on one of her recent Instagram posts, "Please don't get any more surgeries @arianabiermann Because ur Mom n Sis looks Like S**t."
Brielle was previously slammed for joking about her similar physical appearances with her mother and younger sister Ariana, which she playfully claimed were the results of plastic surgeries. "We went to the plastic surgeon and asked for the 3 for 1 special," the 22-year-old captioned a picture of them together in March.
Brielle has admitted in the past that she's got lip injections after turning 18 years old, but denied that she has had any plastic surgeries to alter her look.
