While the former 'Teen Mom 2' star and husband David Eason are undoubtedly psyched with this, a family insider says that 'everyone is distraught' at the fact that the pair get the kids back.

AceShowbiz - It's a big day for Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason. The former "Teen Mom 2" star has regained custody of her children a month after David allegedly shot and killed her family dog Nugget.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that her custody was reinstated on Wednesday, July 3. With that, Jace (9) whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, Kaiser (5) whom she shares with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith, and Ensley (2) whom she shares with David are all back under their care. The couple also reportedly gets back custody of David's daughter Maryssa from a previous relationship.

Jenelle and David were seen all smiles while exiting the Columbus County courthouse in North Carolina following the ruling. In a video obtained by Radar Online, the MTV star shared that she was "very happy" with the court decision, adding that the case was "dismissed."

She also shared the exciting news on Twitter. "Crying in tears of joy," she tweeted. She went on sharing a photo of herself with Ensley and Kaiser during the latter's recent birthday party and wrote, "I GOT ALL MY KIDS BACK."

While Jenelle and David were undoubtedly psyched with this, a family insider said that "everyone is distraught" at the fact that the pair got the kids back. "These poor kids," added the source.

Some Internet users also didn't seem too thrilled over the news. "You don't deserve those kids. You're a low life. You don't have a maternal bone in your body. You and David deserve each other. It'll only be a matter of time until they get taken away again," one person said. "We're all crying too, but not for joy, but for the safety of your children and animals. YOU the mother should've protected them, but hell you can't even protect yourself. I'll be praying for your children and all the innocent animals there," another comment read.

Back in May, a North Carolina judge ruled that Jenelle and David would no longer have custody of the children in May after David shot the family's French bulldog for allegedly biting Ensley. Jenelle's mother, Barbara Evans, had already been caring for Jace, while Ensley went to stay with her after the decision. Kaiser, meanwhile, was in the care of his father.
