The 'Poker Face' hitmaker will reportedly work together with her 'A Star Is Born' co-star in the James Gunn-directed movie and play Rocket Raccoon's love interest.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa and Bradley Cooper's strong chemistry in "A Star Is Born" may continue on screen in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3". Rumor has it that the two actors will reunite in the upcoming Marvel superhero movie, playing a couple again.

"There is a very strong possibility that Lady GaGa and Bradley will be working together again on 'Guardians of the Galaxy 3'," according to HollywoodLife.com. "Only some cast names have been released but the word is Bradley will reprise his role of Rocket Raccoon and GaGa will play his love interest."

A so-called insider gushes about GaGa and Cooper's potential reunion, "Their characters are animated but still, it's exciting. Audiences want them together and certainly everyone recognizes that appeal, they're box office gold together, it's very likely that this will happen."

The two "A Star Is Born" co-stars, who have been shipped by fans following their performances in the movie, were recently rumored to perform together at the 2019 Glastonbury music festival. The rumors, however, have been debunked by the festival organizer herself. "Before this one gets out of control... the answer is no, that isn't happening," Emily Eavis posted on Twitter on Monday, June 24.

As for the possibility of the duo performing songs from their musical film together again in the future, another source tells the site, "Bradley and Lady Gaga realize that 'A Star Is Born' was a moment in time and very special and they will never forget their performances of the song especially during the Oscars but they don't have a plan to perform it again because they don't want to dilute the song and ruin the history they have made with it."

The source adds though, "Would they consider doing something for a Lifetime Achievement moment down the line? Absolutely, but there is no plans of doing the song together anytime soon. Will they work together again or maybe record something else in the future, that is definitely likely but when it comes to performing 'Shallow' it will be a while before they even consider performing it again."

James Gunn is set to direct "GOTG Vol. 3", though he reportedly won't work on the movie before he finishes DC-Warner Bros.' "The Suicide Squad". Besides Cooper, the likes of Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Karen Gillan are expected to return, with Chris Hemsworth's Thor reportedly joining the Guardians in the film.
