In an interview with People magazine, the teen daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith opens up more about the self-harming she developed after finding fame at the age of 10.

AceShowbiz - Singer and actress Willow Smith stopped cutting herself after realising her behaviour was "psychotic."
The 18-year-old daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith began self-harming in her teens, telling People magazine it provided "a physical release of all the intangible pain that's happening in your heart and in your mind", but after reading up on science and spirituality, she began to value herself more.
"I was like, 'This is pointless, my body is a temple', and I completely stopped," she says. "It seemed literally psychotic after a certain point, because I had learned to see myself as worthy."
The "Whip My Hair" singer, who first opened up about her painful past on her family's Internet series "Red Table Talk", also revealed that becoming famous at the age of 10 weighed heavily on her.
"I was super young, and I had a dream, but all I really wanted to do was sing and I didn't equate that with all the business and the stress that ended up coming with it," she adds. "I was just like, ‘Whoa, this is not the life that I want'."
