The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star is having a hard time adjusting to his living conditions in ICE custody while he's feeling sad for missing out on 'many monumental things in his daughter's lives.'

AceShowbiz - Joe Giudice's life isn't getting better after he completed his jail sentence. The husband of Teresa Giudice has remained in the custody of ICE following his release from prison in March, but the conditions there are reportedly worse than in prison.
"The conditions in there opposed to prison are so much worse than prison, which he never imagined," a source allegedly close to the Giudice family tells HollywoodLife.com. "He hates how hard it is for his family to come and see him. It's almost unlivable."
Additionally, the 46-year-old reality TV star has reportedly been suffering a lot because he couldn't be part of some important moments in his daughters' lives. The source says that Joe is "struggling and feeling sad and depressed as he continues to sit in ICE missing so many monumental things in his daughter's lives."
"The thought of missing Gia's graduation and not being able to help move her into the dorms is an awful thought for him," the insider continues. "He is crying constantly and has never been this down." The insider adds that although "Joe talks to the girls daily, sometimes multiple times a day, he continues to struggle to come to terms with all of this."
Joe had to miss out on seeing his eldest daughter, 18-year-old Gia, go to her senior prom in May. He might not be able to attend her graduation as well, and will likely miss her move-in date for college in the fall. Gia has enrolled at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
While Joe couldn't be with his family as much as he wants, his daughters made sure he knew that they never forget him. On Sunday, June 16, Milania and Audriana posted Father's Day tribute to their father on Instagram.
"Happy Father's Day daddy I love you so much with all my heart! I can’t wait to see you again and I'm so lucky because your my dad like actually my dad and I love you," Joe and Teresa's youngest daughter Audriana captioned a video that compiles a bunch of her family photos.
Milania, meanwhile, shared a photo of herself as a little girl wrapping her arms around her father's neck as he carried her. "Happy Father's Day to my best friend," the 14-year-old wrote in the caption. "I love you endlessly buddy."
Joe is currently awaiting decision on whether he will be deported to Italy or not.
