The "Uptown Funk" hitmaker provided the tunes for the lavish reception, held at 15th century Odescalchi Castle in the small town of Bracciano in November, 2006, but he partied so hard, he threw up at the historic building, which Cruise had rented for the nuptials.
"I got really drunk, and something about when I'm DJing, I don't realise I'm drunk so I keep drinking and then the minute the music stopped, I started spinning. So I threw up all over the castle," Ronson confessed on U.S. talk show "Watch What Happens Live".
"I got outside the castle but it was like, we got in the car for three minutes. It was in the Italian countryside."
Issuing an apology to the "Mission: Impossible" superstar, who ended up divorcing Holmes in 2012, he added, "It was very disrespectful. I'm sorry, Tom."
Ronson also recalled serving as the wedding DJ for Sir Paul McCartney's 2011 ceremony to Nancy Shevell in London, admitting he wasn't sure if it would be a party faux pas to play tracks from the music icon's old band, The Beatles.
He shared, "There was this moment where I'm just playing wedding tunes, like Beyonce's 'Crazy In Love', and then I'm like, 'Is it cool to play The Beatles...?', and then I played it and of course they all went crazy."
