AceShowbiz - Lupita Nyong'o just reignited talks about her possible romantic relationship with Michael B. Jordan. The Oscar-winning actress, who previously raised fans' hope for a potential hook-up with her "Black Panther" co-star, recently got flirty with him on Instagram.

On Tuesday, June 4, Michael posted a photo of him looking dashing in a blue suit while sitting on a bench and pretending to read a book. The picture was taken for an ad for the Veuve Clicquot champagne house.

Like many of the 32-year-old hunk's fans, Lupita swooned over him in the French-themed picture. "Now you're just showing off!" she wrote, adding two heart-eyes emojis and face-blowing-a-kiss emojis. Michael coolly responded, "This is Art."

Their interaction prompted fans to ship them yet again. "I'm just waiting for you and @michaelbjordan to hook up already!" one wrote. Another hopeful fan commented, "...And there is no doubt that MBJ is your perfect match. Just saying. The chemistry between the two of you off screen is palpable. Someday we will hear of you two as a couple... I am sure of it."

Lupita and Michael have previously insisted that their relationship is platonic despite their strong chemistry off-screen. "They're writing their own soap opera that they want to see happen," the actor said in 2018. "Me and Lupita? I love her to death. Beautiful girl, very talented. People write their own narratives - I don't have any control over that."

The "Creed" star repeated the denial earlier this year as saying, "We're good friends, honestly, we've known each other a really long time and respect each other and I love this girl to death."

Lupita added, "It's flattering at the end of the day. I think it's such a rare thing to find people you have good chemistry with and for us to find each other as actors and get to work together; it makes the work richer that we truly enjoy each other's company on and off screen."
