AceShowbiz - After Jenelle Evans lost her custody of her three kids -- Jace, Kaiser and Ensley -- following David Eason's dog-killing scandal, a new video taken from the couple's California home has found its way out online. The video, however, seemingly won't be a help to their custody battle as David can be seen using profanities while their kids are around.
Obtained by TMZ, the footage was said to be taken sometime this year. David was in kitchen when he could be seen saying, "You could die right now for all I give a f***k," while a baby's voice could be heard in the background.
Not stopping there, the fomer "Teen Mom 2" star continued, "You're a f***ing piece of s**t. You're the biggest f***ing piece of s*** I know." He also put up his middle finger at the camera towards the end of the video.
In related news, Jenelle has broken her silence following the ruling by a North Carolina judge. The 27-year-old said in a statement, "I am currently following what my attorney has asked. I don't want to speak publicly on the matter currently as that will jeopardize the possibilities of getting my kids back."
"I love my kids so much and I will do anything necessary to get them back and that is all I want everyone to understand," she went on saying. "I ask everyone to have an open heart before they judge how the media is portraying me. I love being a mother and David and I will get through this. We are staying strong and united."
"[Jenelle] was devastated and shocked," a source previously said. "She was very confident that the judge would give them back the kids."
Jenelle and David would have virtually no face-to-face contact with the kids for the time being as the judge decided that there were serious issues with both Jenelle and David which put the children at risk. The children will now remain with their current caregivers. Under Child Protective Services' order, Kaiser is now staying with Nathan. Meanwhile, Jace and Ensley are both in the care of Jenelle's mom Barbara.
