The 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil' actress takes birthday girl Shiloh and her five siblings to The Basement, which features four immersive escape rooms, to celebrate the special day.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt just had a thrilling birthday celebration. The 43-year-old actress/director reportedly treated her six children to an escape room experience as Shiloh turned 13 years old on Monday, May 27.

According to Us Weekly, Angie took her kids, including Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10, to The Basement in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 29. The Basement features 4 immersive escape rooms and the mother of six reportedly booked all four rooms for the party, including The Basement, The Elevator Shaft, The Study and the Courtyard.

A source tells the site that the "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" star joined her kids in on the fun and they made it through all of the rooms. The Basement's rooms are known for being creepy and difficult, with all four rooms being rated 4/5 in difficulty level, so escaping all rooms was impressive.

After their thrilling experience, the group treated themselves to custom birthday cakes and watched performances from a magician that was brought in for the party. "Everyone was in good spirits," the source shares.

Brad Pitt didn't join the party as he has been in Europe after promoting "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" during the 72nd Cannes Film Festival.

Angelina and Brad, who announced their split in September 2016 after two years of marriage and twelve years together, were officially declared single last month. In April, a judge granted their request for a bifurcated judgment, which would allow their single status to be restored while they finalize their divorce.

An insider told Entertainment Tonight at the time that Angelina and Brad's relationship is the "best it's been" since their initial split after they are officially single. The "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" actress subsequently dropped the "Moneyball" star's last name and restored her name to "Angelina Jolie."

The exes were embroiled in a long and tense custody battle over their six kids, but they reached a temporary custody agreement in November.
