AceShowbiz - Even though Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas have always been keeping friendly relationship following their divorce, the latter might hint that it's no longer so when he hit back at a troll who criticized his new romance. While defending his girlfriend Toni, the entrepreneur appeared to shade his "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star.

It all started when Peter shared on Instagram some footage of Toni flaunting her bikini bod while they were enjoying a trip to the beach together. "BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely. Killing them," he gushed over his new lady in the caption of the post.

However, one of his followers didn't think the same as s/he wrote in the comment section, "She's a beautiful much younger woman Peter, but she's no Cynthia Bailey bro. Best wishes Peter." Not letting the user badmouth Toni, Peter hit back, "That's what beautiful about her," seemingly taking shades at his ex-wife.

Cynthia and Peter announced their split in 2016, with their divorce being finalized in the following year. The two remain amicable following the breakup as Peter continues to make cameo appearances on "RHOA" and maintains his relationship with former stepdaughter Noelle Robinson. "We were friends before we were boyfriend and girlfriend, friends before we were husband and wife," Cynthia previously said of him.

"He's someone that has always had my back and someone I still trust very much. He has a great relationship with Noelle, he's still very much in her life, they have their own relationship," the former model added. "I'm still very close to his kids. You know, new grandbabies, who – technically -- they're still my grandbabies. We were still together when they were born."

Cynthia is currently romancing Mike Hill, whom she began dating last year. The former has since been hinting that they will tie the knot soon as she has been spotted visiting a wedding dress shop.
