Debbie Johnson, her former mother-in-law, previously claimed that the Brazilian star would be deported back to her native country following a court appearance.

AceShowbiz - Larissa Dos Santos Lima is not going back to her native country Brazil anytime soon. After Debbie Johnson claimed that her former daughter-in-law would be sent back to the South American country once her legal battle with Colt Johnson is over, the raven beauty took to her Instagram account to set the record straight.

"I woke up this morning, to find messages sent to me, and posted about my legal status in the U.S.," she began her lengthy messages, before debunking the reports and revealing that "everything about my status in the U.S. is confidential and will not be disclosed by third parties on social media that not involved in any immigration process with me."

The "90 Day Fiance" star then explained that the "false statements" made both her family and fans worried, adding that their messages had been "screen shot and forwarded to be reviewed." Larissa also said that she signed an agreement with a judge, and had nothing but respect for the legal system. "This lawful agreement also includes not third party defamation, and this is the reason I do not want to talk or answer questions about my past," she noted.

"I have been trying to live my life and allow the courts to handle everything, as it is in their hands," she shared, describing her domestic violence case as "the last and saddest chapter of my life." She continued, "I want to finish it as soon as possible to finally have peace."

Prior to this, Debbie replied to a fan who wondered why Larissa is still staying in the U.S. when her divorce from Colt was already finalized. She answered in a since-deleted post, "Everything takes time. There is still a Domestic Violence hearing next week and after that she will be deported. It just takes time."

Earlier this year, Larissa was arrested and charged with domestic violence following a bloody fight with then-husband Colt, who later filed for divorce from her.
