The John Connor of 'Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines' has finally submitted court documents that will bring his marriage to actress Rose Murphy to an official end.

AceShowbiz - Actor Nick Stahl has filed documents to end his marriage to actress wife Rose Murphy after years of separation.
The "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" actor split from his wife in 2012 after three years of marriage, and finally filed documents to bring their union to an official end on Wednesday, May 22, according to The Blast.
Following the split, Murphy filed documents for custody of the couple's nine-year-old daughter Marlo, during what was a troubled period for the "Sin City" actor.
She also filed a missing person report when Stahl disappeared for a week. He checked into rehab a few weeks later, but later left and vanished again. The same year he was also arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct - a charge which was eventually dismissed - and in 2013, he was arrested on drug charges.
