AceShowbiz - Harvard will be welcoming another celebrity into its business school. It has been confirmed that Ciara has just been accepted into the Ivy League's Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program, and the songstress is beyond excited to share the good news to her social media followers.

Ciara took to Instagram on Monday, May 20 to share a picture of her posing in a Harvard sweatshirt. She wrote in the caption, "I always dreamt of going to college, but by God's grace, my music career took me on a path that I'm so thankful for. This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!"

The "Level Up" songstress went on thanking Anita Elberse, a professor at the prestigious school, for "a once in a lifetime opportunity" to attend Harvard Business School.

Many of her followers have offered congratulatory messages, including husband Russell Wilson who wrote, "Leveling All the way Up! I see you Momma! I can't wait to see our daughter follow in your footsteps!" Lily Collins was happy to hear the news, saying, "What?!? Yes girl yes," with Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa simply leaving a comment that read, "Congratulations!!!"

According to Harvard Business School's website, students in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program will learn how to "develop and execute more effective business strategies," "debate and analyze the business and technology trends that are redefining the industry" and "learn how to launch and manage creative products and portfolios more strategically."

This will certainly bring benefit to her as she recently launched her own label Beauty Marks Entertainment. She has also teamed up with her athlete husband to launch production company Why Not You, a company that will focus on creating film, television and digital content projects -- both scripted and unscripted -- that will include, but not limited to, "inspiring and aspiring narratives and human interest stories."

Ciara joins an impressive list of celebrities who have attended Harvard, including Natalie Portman and Conan O'Brien.
