AceShowbiz - Singer Ciara teamed up with her husband, American football star Russell Wilson, on America's Mother's Day, May 12, to surprise his mum with the keys to a brand new house.
The Seattle Seahawks quarterback casually handed over the generous gift to his mum Tammy on Sunday as her cries of disbelief turned into joy, sharing a video of the sweet moment on Instagram.
"It's your house, open the door!" the sportsman tells his mum, as she replies, "You lyin'. Are you serious? No, are you serious? For real...? That's not funny! No, no, no y'all lyin' (sic)!"
The clip also features Ciara and the couple's daughter, two-year-old Sienna, looking on as they gathered with a group of other relatives for the U.S. holiday.
Russell captioned it, "All these years you have never asked me for anything... only thing you ever wanted is for me to LOVE. Well thanks for loving us the way you do. This ones (sic) for you. I love you momma. #HappyMothersDay #GodIsGood".
Commenting on the post, Ciara wrote: "What a beautiful day and moments. Tears of Joy! The perfect Mother's Day. God you're a good good father."
Meanwhile, Russell also heaped praise on his wife of three years as they celebrated Mother's Day earlier in the day - with the athlete using the opportunity to joke about expanding their family.
"Happy Mother's Day My Love!!! I love you @Ciara ...," he captioned a clip of himself singing her praises. "also... so about that... baby numero 3..."
Russell is also stepfather to Ciara's four-year-old son Future Zahir, from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
