According to a source close to the basketball player, the Victoria's Secret model and the One Direction member's reunion makes him wonder whether they are more than just friends.

AceShowbiz - Kendall Jenner had a fun time catching up with former fling Harry Styles at the 2019 Met Gala, but a certain someone seemed to be troubled by their reunion. Word on the street is that their reunion at the annual event left Ben Simmons asking questions whether his model girlfriend and the British heartthrob are more than friends.
"[He] is confused that Kendall seemingly spent the night with Harry. He can't help but wonder if Kendall and Harry are more than friends or if it is something else," a source close to the basketball player told HollywoodLife.com, adding that his confusion made him struggle to focus on the NBA playoffs.
The insider elaborated, "It makes him feel uncomfortable to learn about Kendall and Harry together at the Met because he really likes Kendall a lot. He is doing his best to focus on work and doesn't have time or energy to worry about Kendall." Should his team, Philadelphia 76ers, lose the chance to win the championship, Ben allegedly fears that he will be blamed for that.
After running into each other at the Met Gala, Kendall and Harry continued their reunion by attending an after-party at the Moxy Hotel Rooftop in New York City. They were spotted leaving the hotel in the morning. According to a source, the two stars were the "last people to leave the party making a dash for the door seconds apart after the sun had risen."
Kendall and Harry first sparked dating speculation back in 2013, but the rumors soon died down over time. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star went on igniting romance rumors with the likes of Jordan Clarkson, A$AP Rocky and Blake Griffin after that. She was also rumored to be dating Anwar Hadid after they were spotted making out at a CFDA after-party last year.
