In a candid interview with New York Magazine, the 'Prizzi's Honor' actress expresses her admiration for the media mogul despite her belief that the latter has never forgiven her for winning the trophy.

AceShowbiz - Anjelica Huston is convinced Oprah Winfrey hates her for winning an Oscar.

The Hollywood veteran beat out the media mogul for the 1986 Best Actress in a Supporting Role Academy Award for her role in "Prizzi's Honor", and Anjelica is sure Oprah, who was nominated for "The Color Purple", has never forgiven her.

"She never had me on her (talk) show, ever. She won't talk to me," Huston tells New York Magazine. "The only encounter I've had with Oprah was when I was at a party for the Academy Awards, at a private residence. I was talking to Clint Eastwood, and she literally came between us with her back to me. So all of the sudden I was confronted with the back of Oprah's head."

Asked if she thinks Oprah resents her for preventing her from landing an Oscar, Huston adds, "Nobody else would dislike me so much as to literally, physically come in between the person I was talking with that way."

But the actress refuses to hate back, insisting, "I admire Oprah. God knows, she's made some big steps."
