AceShowbiz - It looks like Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale's relationship is short lived. Should a report from Entertainment Tonight be believable, it is said that the British beauty and the comedian are no longer romantically involved with each other.

Even though they aren't dating anymore, a source shares to the publication that the rumored exes are still on good terms with one another. "They're still friendly but are not on romantic terms," so the insider notes.

However, a second source begs to differ. Speaking with PEOPLE, the inside source insists that the pair are still dating, though they have decided to "slow things down." The insider elaborates, "Pete and Kate got super serious very fast but they've decided to slow things down a bit. They're still dating as of now."

Pete and Kate first sparked dating rumors after they were caught getting cozy at a Golden Globes after-party back in January. They pretty much confirmed their relationship when attending a hockey game in New York City, where they were pictured making out instead of watching the game. They were also spotted locking lips after attending the premiere of Motley Crue biopic, "The Dirt", together.

Addressing her relationship with the "Saturday Night Live" star in an interview with Los Angeles Times, Kate admitted she was "surprised" by the attention they got over their relationship. "I've never been in this position before never dated anybody who comes with their own bag of mischief. It's all quite shocking, and something to get used to," the "Underworld" star said at the time.

Pete also talked about their relationship in an episode of "Saturday Night Live". He said, "Apparently people have a crazy fascination with our age difference. But it doesn't really bother us." Pete then suggested that age-gap romance wasn't that uncommon as he mentioned several celebrities who had been in such romances, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Scott Disick and Alec Baldwin.
