Prince William and Kate Middleton share through the Kensington Palace Instagram account new photos of their third child, who will be turning 1 on April 23.

AceShowbiz - Prince William and Kate Middleton have shared new photos of Prince Louis ahead of his first birthday on April 23. Released via the Kensington Palace Instagram account on Monday, April 22, the pictures were taken earlier this month by the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, at their country home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk.‬

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share this new photograph of Prince Louis ahead of his first birthday tomorrow," read a caption accompanying the first solo photos of the fifth in the line to the British throne.

Prince Louis looks to have grown up a lot in the new photos, showing off his front teeth as he was smiling wildly while playing in the garden. He sported a red sweater and blue pants in two of the snaps. Another shot showed the royal tot rocking a blue sweater with an adorable intarsia puppy design on the front.

The younger brother of Prince George and Princess Charlotte was last seen in a family photo with his parents and two siblings, which was released as the British royal family Christmas card. He was also featured in a family photo with his nuclear family, grandfather Prince Charles, Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle, which was released in November 2018 to mark the 70th birthday of the Prince of Wales.

It's been the Kensington family tradition to share candid photos taken by Kate of her children to mark their birthdays.

The British Royal family will soon welcome another baby as Harry and Meghan are currently expecting their first child any day now. The Duchess of Sussex has been on a maternity leave and was absent from the Easter services at St. George's Chapel at Windsor on Sunday, April 21, which also happened to be Queen Elizabeth II's birthday. Harry was seen joining his brother William and Kate as well as other royal family members at the services.
