In an interview on radio show 'The Breakfast Club', the Bronx diva reveals that her rapper ex-boyfriend reached out to the retired baseball player to apologize after leaving the comment.

AceShowbiz - Earlier this year, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs gave fans major nostalgia by leaving a thirsty comment on Jennifer Lopez's Instagram picture. Now, the Bronx diva has revealed that her rapper ex-boyfriend actually felt pretty guilty about and quickly apologized to Alex Rodriguez for what he did.
Stopping by "The Breakfast Club" radio show on Wednesday, April 10, Jennifer spilled, "He wrote Alex after [commenting]. He was like, 'I didn't mean anything by it. I have nothing but respect for you guys. I'm so happy for you guys.' " She herself didn't really mind to see Diddy commenting on her photo. After all, it's been years since they broke up and moved on with new ones.
"We were boyfriend and girlfriend when we were little," she said. "I feel like that was such a long time ago. It was a different type of relationship... we were kids." Jennifer then assured that there was no bad blood between the two men, but admitted she wasn't surprised that the retired baseball player chimed in shortly after Diddy left his comment. "He doesn't play. He's a crazy Dominican," she jokingly said. "Do not disrespect that man."
Back in January, Diddy couldn't help but gush over the "Hustlers" star after she shared on Instagram a picture of her flaunting her hot bod in a pink beige bra paired with a matching wool beanie and flower-patterned legging. Taking to the comment section of the post, the hip-hop mogul simply wrote "OMG" along with a heart-eyed emoji. Shortly after that, Alex shared his own gushing message which read, "Lucky me."
His reaction naturally caught people's attention at the time, with many speculating that it might be his way to remind Diddy that Jennifer is his. "Yas Arod with that petty comeback," one said as another wrote, "Arod reminding Diddy she's taken."
