Having won the 2019 endurance and strength competition, the Icelandic actor known as The Mountain on 'Game of Thrones' praises his family and friends for their help and support.

AceShowbiz - "Game of Thrones" star Hafthor Julius Bjornsson has been named Europe's Strongest Man for the fifth time.
The Icelandic hulk, who played The Mountain, on the hit fantasy show competed for the 2019 title in Leeds, England over the weekend.
The actor, who weighs in at 425 pounds, took part in the log lift challenge, tyre flip, and chain drag, among other tests of endurance and strength.
He has since taken to Instagram to share a series of photos of his victory, surrounded by his teammates.
"Europe's Strongest Man for the 5th time!" he writes. "So blessed to have such great people behind me! Team Iceland baby.
"Huge thank you to all my family, my beautiful wife and all my friends for all the help and support!!".
