When met at a screening for 'The Chaperone', Blythe Danner explains that she has learned from early age that a little pot made her anti-social and more boring.

AceShowbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow's mother, Blythe Danner, won't be using the cannabidiol (CBD) products her daughter's lifestyle company have started selling.

The 76-year-old actress revealed she's too "boring" to indulge in the cannabis-infused items like bath bombs and creams.

Speaking at a screening for her new film, "The Chaperone", Danner told Page Six, "I was a boring goody-two-shoes. By the time I got to college, I was a little more adventurous... Everybody tried a little pot. But I found out that it made me anti-social and more boring, so I didn't get into it."

"I tried it several times and everybody was laughing and laughing - but I was in the corner," the mum-of-two added.

Paltrow and her partners at the lifestyle brand have collaborated with California cannabis company MedMen.

The marijuana dispensary chain now has a specially curated Goop wall at its newest recreational boutique on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice.
