An actor, who is wearing a 'Phantom of the Opera'-type of mask, is pictured chasing a young girl through the snow on the set in Norway.

AceShowbiz - "Bond 25" has officially kicked off its principal photography in Norway and now fans get a first sneak peek at it through leaked photos and video from the set. While lead actor Daniel Craig was not spotted during the filming in Nittedal, just north of Norway's capital, Oslo, the pictures offer a glimpse at a new mysterious villain.

The actor, who is yet to be unidentified, wore a "Phantom of the Opera"-type of mask that obscured part of his face. Wearing a white jacket and pants, he carried a rifle while chasing a young girl wearing a colorful jacket who ran away from a house.

A set video reveals the villain has trouble walking as he's limping his way through the show. At one point, he was seen shooting at the ice before crouching down as if reaching for something on the ground.

"Bohemian Rhapsody" star Rami Malek has been reported to play the main villain in the upcoming movie, but the man in the mask didn't seem to be the Oscar-winning actor. It's said that the villainous character will be a blind man.

Daniel Craig will reprise his role as the 007 agent, with Lea Seydoux returning as psychologist Madeleine Swann. Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw and Ralph Fiennes are also among the returning cast members.

Meanwhile, Billy Magnussen is reported to join the cast as a CIA operative that crosses paths with Bond. The movie will reportedly feature two female roles per usual, with one of them being described as "a new MI6 agent" and the other as "an accomplice similar to Olga Kurylenko's character in 'Quantum of Solace'." Lupita Nyong'o was rumored to take one of the female roles, but her team has shut down the rumors.

Cary Fukunaga ("True Detective") serves behind the lens, with the script provided by Scott Z. Burns. The movie is scheduled for an April 8, 2020 release in the United States.
