The 30-year-old gave birth to her first child with husband Andrew Joblon and shared the big news via Instagram on Friday, March 29.
Sharing a photo of her newborn son, James Holt Joblon, the proud mum wrote, "Everything they say is true. There is no love like it."
Holt and Joblon wed last year (18) and Claire announced she was expecting in October, telling fans on social media that she was "bursting" with happiness.
She and her husband shared a gender reveal video a month later, popping a balloon with blue confetti.
