AceShowbiz - Although Wendy Williams has denied that there is a trouble in her marriage to husband/manager Kevin Hunter, a new report has suggested the opposite. The TV personality recently revealed that she'd been living in a sober house, and it is reportedly because she is "melting down over her husband having a mistress."
A source close to Wendy claims to Entertainment Tonight that the daytime TV host "is completely on edge" as Kevin gets his mistress pregnant and the baby is due any day now. The source continues saying that the people surrounding Wendy "are scared that the stress could take a dangerous toll on the talk show host."
The source also says that the one who puts Wendy in the sober living facility in Queens, New York is Kevin himself. As for the reason, it is because he allegedly "wanted Wendy out of the way when the baby arrived."
In related news, Kevin has broken his silence on Wendy's well-being following the addiction revelation. "Wendy is doing well. We’re doing well as a family. We are moving forward with working on her sobriety and doing the work to help others, not just ourselves," he told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday, March 21.
"It is a family process. Anybody that has to deal with this knows this a family process... and we are dealing with it and moving forward," he added.
Wendy got candid about her struggle in the Tuesday episode of "The Wendy Williams Show", tearfully telling her viewers, "After I finished my appointments, seeing my brothers and sisters, breaking bread, I am driven by my 24-hour sober coach back to the home that I live in here in the Tri-state with a bunch of smelly boys who have become my family."
"They hog the TV and watch soccer, we talk and read and talk and read and then I get bored with them. Doors locked by 10 P.M. Lights out by 10 P.M. So I go to my room, and I stare at the ceiling and I fall asleep to wake up and come back here to see you. So that is my truth," she added.
