AceShowbiz - Will there be another royal baby? Princess Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank live a relatively private life following their lavish wedding in October last year. And a new report now suggests that the princess is pregnant with their first child.

The pregnancy speculations spark after bookmakers Ladbrokes recently slashed the odds on Princess Eugenie, the Queen's granddaughter, having a tot this year. Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said, "It looks like the royals are getting broody."

"With Meghan's first on the way and Kate's odds of baby number four continuing to tumble, we've once again cut odds on Eugenie announcing a pregnancy," Apati went on saying.

Another major clue that seemingly suggests the ninth in line to the throne's pregnancy is a recent interview by Princess Eugenie's mother Sarah Ferguson. The Duchess of York said in the interview ahead of her daughter's royal wedding that she would be an "excellent" grandmother.

"I used to write children's books, and I am a child, I haven't grown up," Ferguson further revealed in an interview with The One Show.

Express notes that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced third pregnancy in October. At the moment, it was suggested that the Duchess of Sussex had been around three months pregnant. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip also waited about three months before telling the world that they were expecting their first child, Prince Charles.

Judging by the timing of the announcements of other royal couples, people assume that Eugenie and Jack, who have been married for five months, may make a baby announcement anytime soon.

The 28-year-old Princess and the 30-year-old businessman tied the knot at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle on Friday, October 12. The ceremony was attended by more than 800 guests celebrity friends and royal family members.

Eugenie, who wore an ivory-hued satin gown by designer Peter Pilotto with Christopher de Vos, was ushered down the aisle by her father Prince Andrew. The groom, meanwhile, was dashing in a traditional British morning coat. Unlike Prince William and Prince Harry who wore uniforms at their own weddings, the former bartender-turned-turned-tequila-brand-rep wore a black jacket paired with dark gray trousers. He also donned a blue vest and light blue tie.
