AceShowbiz - Bella Hadid is taking a major step in her relationship with on-again boyfriend The Weeknd. The Victoria's Secret model gave his mother a heartfelt tribute when the Canadian star invited her to celebrate his mom's birthday along with his family just recently.
Sharing footage from the heartwarming event on Instagram Stories, Bella posted a video of Samra Temfaye shedding tears as she kissed her son on the cheek. "Heaven... happy birthday angel Samra I cherish you forever," so the sister of Gigi Hadid wrote along with the clip. Bella additionally shared a video of the "Starboy" singer holding a little girl.
The Weeknd also wished his mom a happy birthday through Instagram. Sharing a throwback picture and a photo from the bash, he wrote in the caption, "Melkam Lidet."
Several other footage from the gathering have also been shared by his family members. It was revealed in one video that Bella was the one who presented Samra with the birthday cake. The older one could be seen smiling at the model before they kissed each other's cheek. The Weeknd followed right after.
Bella and The Weeknd have been inseparable since they got back together last year, with the couple being spotted going on overseas trips several times. The daughter of Yolanda Hadid even heaped praises for the singer when she took part in Vogue's 73 questions segment, admitting that The Weeknd is the one who makes her laugh the hardest and the most beautiful person she knows.
Last month, the "Call Out My Name" singer went all out to surprise Bella on Valentine's Day, filling her room with red roses. Days after that, she helped him celebrate his 29th birthday by throwing a party at Tao Downtown in New York City. The couple donned matching camouflage outfits during the celebration.
