AceShowbiz - Naomi Campbell made an eye-catching return to Valentino's runway. 14 years since she last walked for the fashion house's Spring 2005 couture collection, the British supermodel made a surprise appearance at the Italian label's Fashion Week show in Paris, donning a sheer couture dress that flaunted her nipples.
On Wednesday, January 23, the 48-year-old model brought heat to Valentino's Spring Season 2019 collection show by wearing a dress designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli. To keep attention at the dress that featured balloon sleeves and a dramatic ruffled skirt, she had her hair swept back into a sleek ponytail and wore glossy nude lipstick, winged eyeliner and dewy foundation.
Her closing appearance on Valentino's runway made the Internet buzzing with excitement. Naomi's presence on the runway stunned many because she had previously hinted about her retirement. Back in May 2018, in an interview at Cannes Fashion for Relief show, she confessed, "I don't know if I can walk much longer, it's been 32 years." She added. "It's an honor to walk. I'd love for it to be carried on by the younger generation and for me to sit in the audience and watch."
