The 'Ride Along' star's request to dismiss the case with gaming company Stand Up Digital has been denied by the judge.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Hart's $7 million (£5.4 million) lawsuit over a failed app will continue after a judge denied his request to dismiss the case.
The "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" star was hit with a $7.2 million (£5.6 million) lawsuit last year after he allegedly failed to promote an app he planned to launch with bosses at Stand Up Digital. In the original lawsuit, executives at Stand Up Digital claimed Hart's sex tape scandal and subsequent extortion controversy ruined the app's chances of success.
The 39-year-old subsequently fired back and filed a countersuit last month (December 2018), insisting the controversy, that arose after he was caught on camera in a compromising situation with another woman while partying in Las Vegas in 2017, was not to blame. He also sued executives, claiming they did not provide him with any profits made from the game.
Hart's dismissal request has been denied, but according to The Blast, the judge overseeing the case has agreed to drop a breach of contract claim against Hart.
