The 'Can't Play with My Yo-Yo' spitter admits she can finally sympathize with the disgraced singer's alleged victims after the incident.

AceShowbiz - Another star has come out with her own story regarding R. Kelly and the controversy surrounding him. Even though Yo-Yo wasn't the one whom the disgraced singer aimed for, she was still upset after learning that Kelly was targeting her daughter.

Speaking to TMZ at the Trumpet Awards at The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta on Saturday night, January 19, the female emcee revealed that Kelly once tried to slip his phone to her 21-year-old daughter. The incident happened when she brought her daughter along to visit the 52-year-old at a Los Angeles studio. The 21-year-old later confessed to her that one of his crew members slipped Kelly's number into her phone.

"I actually went to listen to his music and my daughter came with me," she told the news outlet. "The sad part was when we got home, my daughter said, 'Mom, someone passed me R. Kelly's number.' I said, 'What!?' She's like, 'Mom, please don't say nothing. This is why I didn't tell you.' "

Yo-Yo clearly felt betrayed at the time, admitting that she was finally able to sympathize with Kelly's alleged victims after it happened to her.

"I didn't say anything, but you know, it really let me know there is a real problem. It really me know that there really is a problem because with all of that was going on for that to still happen -- and it happened to me," the ex-girlfriend of Tupac Shakur added. "I was thinking I'm your friend. I come here with my daughter who's over 21, but you don't know my daughter's age, and behind my back? You will slide my daughter your number? That's just weird to me, like a weirdo. Who would do that?"

Kelly is currently under investigation following the premiere of "Surviving R. Kelly", on which victims of his alleged abuse opened up about their stories.
