The 'Underworld' actress leaves a rather cheeky remark when a fan urges her on Instagram to not date the 'Saturday Night Live' star.

AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale doesn't take too long to respond to respond to those rumors about her and Pete Davidson. Just days after the two were reportedly getting flirty at Golden Globes after-parties, the British actress got sassy when a fan commented on their rumored hook-up.
It all started after the "Underworld" actress paid tribute to her mother, actress Judy Loe, on Instagram on Wednesday, January 9. Alongside a black-and-white picture of the "Inspector Morse" star, Kate wrote, "It was great that my mother covered wearing hot pants really well and rocking a fashion owl so that I could chill for my awkward teenage years and just enjoy having the teeth of an adult horse. Waiting only a couple of decades for my head to grow to accommodate them."
Blatantly ignoring the content of the post, one fan took to the comment section to leave a message which read, "Dear heavens, Kate. Not Pete Davidson," referring to her alleged flirtationship with the "Saturday Night Live" star. Getting cheeky, she replied to the said fan by reminding her what her post was about. "No that's my mother. Easy mistake," the brunette beauty humorously answered.
Kate and Pete reportedly got cozy when attending Netflix's Golden Globes after-party at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles over the weekend. According to a source, the pair got cozy outside on the back smoking patio for nearly an hour while their friends were hanging out. "They were being very flirty together, they were sitting very close on the outside patio seating," the source explained at the time. "Kate had her hand on his knee, and she kept laughing at all his jokes."
A second source shared that the "Big Time Adolescence" actor clearly wanted to impress the 45-year-old at the time. "It was kind of romantic because as they were sipping champagne, it started to rain a little bit and you could tell Pete was putting his best foot fast forward as a gentleman," the insider explained. "They were kind of flirty and Kate was really into whatever it was Pete was saying to her. She was pretty loose and carefree."
In contrary to previous reports, the pair did not leave the bash together.
