Noelle Lippman, the estranged wife of the acclaimed TV producer, has responded to his separation filing with implication that she would be fighting for spousal support.

AceShowbiz - "Law & Order" creator Dick Wolf has split from his third wife.
The TV mogul initially requested to legally separate from actress Noelle Lippman, his wife of 12 years, on 3 December (18), seeking to keep his assets separate from hers going forward.
He claimed they had a prenuptial agreement in place, but when Noelle responded with her own court documents on Friday, January 04, she indicated she would be fighting for spousal support.
It's not known why the former couple opted for legal separation over a full divorce, but according to TMZ, the marital trouble could cost Wolf a significant chunk of his fortune, which is boosted by between $10 million (£7.8 million) and $15 million (£11.7 million) each month, thanks to his latest franchise success with the "Chicago" series of shows - "Chicago Fire", "Chicago P.D." and "Chicago Med".
The exes also share two children, aged eight and 11.
Wolf's lawyer, Joe Kibre, reveals negotiations between the two parties are currently in the works.
The top writer/producer, 72, was also previously married to Susan Scranton and Christine Marburg, with whom he was engaged in a costly 12-year legal battle before finalising their divorce in 2005.
