AceShowbiz - Vanessa Lachey a.k.a. Vanessa Minnillo is reaping from the goodness she sows. The host of "Top Chef Junior" has garnered praises from fans after she chose to thank a rude fan who compared her 3-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, to her husband's ex, Jessica Simpson, on Twitter.
On Monday, December 31, one Twitter user rudely posted a now-deleted tweet that read, "Ok... elephant in the room... but why does Vanessa Lachey's daughter look like Jessica Simpson?" The wife of Nick Lachey was quick to share her thought on the matter. "2019, new year, new outlook. Let's be positive, especially with our children," she replied. "Thanks Kimberly. Happy New Year."

Vanessa's positive response was immediately met with applause by other followers. A number of people commended her for showing "a class act." Another wrote, "Classy response to a tweet. Happy New Year!" Meanwhile, a third pointed out, "I'm not sure I would've been so nice!! Your children are beautiful."

Another supporter went to great length to commend Vanessa's kind reply. "I wanted to say your response was VERY CLASSY! It's sad this person made a comment like that. Vanessa married Nick at Sir Richard Branson's private Necker Island in the British Virgin Island back in 2011. Aside from Brooklyn, she also shared 6-year-old Camden and 2-year-old Phoenix with the 98 Degrees member whom she met in 2006 when appearing in the music video for his solo song, "What's Left of Me".
Nick himself divorced Jessica in 2006. At the time, "irreconcilable differences" was put forth as the reason of the separation. Jessica has since moved on by marrying Eric Johnson with whom she has two children, 6-year-old daughter Maxwell and 5-year-old son Ace Knute. She is currently pregnant with a third child.
