During a '12 Days of Dissmas' special on SiriusXM, the 'Killshot' rapper admits the beef between the two hip-hop icons lead him to hear 'personal, below-the-belt jabs' on a diss.

AceShowbiz - Eminem was conflicted as a young rap fan when Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G. went to war, because he loved both late icons.

The 46-year-old opened up about the hostile rap rivalry during a "12 Days of Dissmas" special on his Shade 45 SiriusXM channel on Christmas Day, December 25, telling co-hosts DJ Whoo Kid and Paul Rosenberg he felt terrible "bumping" to tracks by both hip hop heroes.

"That... was the first time I ever heard anybody get that personal on a diss (record) 'cause it was definitely... personal, below-the-belt jabs and s**t, but it was done so well, and the record was just co crazy."

"The Tupac/Biggie thing was tough because you like them both, and you're just stuck in this weird thing where you're bumping the Tupac diss record, then you're bumping something from Biggie that might be dissing him (Tupac) in it."

Meanwhile, the Notorious B.I.G. is being posthumously honoured in his native New York in 2019 with his own street sign.

He will be saluted with Christopher Wallace Way in Brooklyn.

The Wu-Tang Clan and folk hero Woody Guthrie will also be honoured with street signs in Staten Island and Coney Island, respectively.
