AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton has once again confirmed that her lavish engagement ring from Chris Zylka is still with her, but there's a catch. Speaking to TMZ on Wednesday, December 26, the hotel heiress seemingly revealed the real reason behind her keeping the expensive blingers instead of returning it to the 33-year-old actor.

The publication caught up with the blonde beauty as she was seen arriving at LAX that day. At first, Paris kept quiet when asked whether she kept the ring because the jeweler got millions in free publicity. However, she later simply said that the ring was hers and that the rock was free in the first place. Does it mean Chris didn't actually spend a single money to buy the pear-shaped diamond ring?

Paris first made the revelation about the whereabouts of the ring when she stopped by Sirius XM's "The Jenny McCarthy Show" earlier this month. After jokingly saying that she decided to keep the ring because "diamonds are a girl's best friend," the "Stars Are Blind" hitmaker noted that she felt like she gave the jeweler "millions and millions of dollars of free publicity." She further stated, "So I love how social media has basically become like a new form of commercials. It's pretty sick."

The former couple called off their engagement last November, with a source alleging that the pair "have been having issues for over six months" leading up to their split. Paris has been enjoying her single life ever since then, recently attending the KarJenner family's annual Christmas Eve bash.

In a video which Kanye West shared on his Twitter account, Paris was invited by Kim Kardashian to go sledding together with her. "You guys, Paris and I are going to go down the sled!" the mother of three exclaimed in the video while Paris danced in the background.
