AceShowbiz - Just two weeks after Michelle Williams (II) revealed that she called off her engagement to Chad Johnson, rumors have it that the former couple has rekindled their failed romance. The split was allegedly driven because the pastor is reluctant to bring their relationship to the next level.

Now, it's said that the two are getting back together as Chad is ready to set the wedding date. "Chad finally is now open to actually set a wedding date," MTO News claims.

The site adds that the former Destiny's Child singer and Chad have been spending time together. They are also said to be planning to spend Christmas with each other.

The problem is, it seems like Michelle is not sure if the reconciliation is what she really wants now. "They're back together, but now it's Michelle that's not sure about marriage," said an insider.

Michelle reportedly had been pressuring Chad to marry her for nearly six months. She had had enough as the pastor didn't really give her a satisfying answer. Not to mention, they lived in different cities that made it harder for them to spend time together often.

It was previously said that Michelle took the split really bad. The singer, who had suffered from depression for so long, allegedly checked herself into the hospital as things got so bad this past summer.

Michelle revealed their separation in a now deleted Instagram Stories post. "I still remain fearless," she wrote on Friday, December 7 in simple white text on a black background. "I guess I still remain single! Things didn’t work out. The healing that needs to take place is a must! I don't wanna destroy another relationship. Blessings to him, his family and ministry. #FEARLESS."
