The mother-daughter duo are trying to navigate their way through the crowd in New York when someone accidentally hits the old lady in the head.

AceShowbiz - No one will ever want to see their family members getting hurt in front of them, not even celebrities. Unfortunately for Jennifer Lopez, the Bronx diva had to witness such a scene when she went out with her mom on Wednesday, December 12.

In a video which has been circulating around the web, Jenny was swarmed by paparazzi and fans who were already waiting for her outside Sirius Radio in New York. As the "On the Floor" songstress tried to navigate her way through the crowd with her mother, Guadalupe Lopez, in tow, someone reached in and accidentally hit the old lady in the head.

Jenny was understandably surprised to see the moment, giving the culprit some really intense stare. Thankfully, she managed to control her emotion and firmly told her fans and paparazzi to back off and give them some space. Jenny then turned her attention to her mom, who tried to shake it off by holding her right hand up to her head as they made their way in.

According to TMZ, the "Second Act" actress refused to hit the streets again when they left Sirius Radio.

Despite the incident, the mother-daughter duo still had some fun that day. Earlier on the day, Jenny spent some time chatting with the hosts of "Good Morning America" to promote her new movie, with her mom sitting proudly in the audience seat. They later took a picture together, flashing a big smile to the camera in matching silver outfits.

Jenny has a good relationship with her mother. The brunette beauty previously said of their relationship, "With you mom, she's just it's just that unconditional real love that nobody else is gonna give you, you know what I mean? And I always say, no matter what happens, like when it's clutch, Lupe comes through. Like when things are hard, Lupe's sleeping next to me in the bed."
