The 'No Tears Left to Cry' songstress reveals to a fan via Twitter that she is blocked by the 'Saturday Night Live' star.

AceShowbiz - Even though Ariana Grande has insisted that she and Pete Davidson remain good friends after their split, it looks like the comedian doesn't think the same. Just hours after defending him against her fans, the Nickelodeon alum revealed that she is blocked by him on social media.

A fan of Ariana posted on Twitter a screenshot of a private message that s/he received from the singer herself regarding the bullying issue. "I have never encouraged anything but forgiveness," so she wrote. "I care deeply about Pete and his health and would never encourage any kind of mistreatment. I haven't seen any of it because I'm blocked but I want you to know that I would never want or encourage that ever and you should know that, I care about him deeply."

Ariana confirmed that the message was indeed from her by replying to the tweet with a single black heart emoji.

So why did the "Saturday Night Live" star block his singer ex-girlfriend on social media? According to Us Weekly, it has something to do about his mental health. A source explained to the publication that Pete "is trying to distance himself from her narrative for his health."

Ever since Pete started dating Ariana ealier this year, he has been the subject of trolling by her fans who didn't approve of their relationship. The bullying didn't stop even after they broke up a few months ago, leading him to call out his haters through an Instagram post. The "Thank U, Next" hitmaker herself has plead her fans to stop trolling her comedian ex-boyfriend.

"I know u already know this but I feel I need to remind my fans to please be gentler with others. I really don't endorse anything but forgiveness and positivity. I care deeply about Pete and his health. I'm asking you to please be gentler with others, even on the internet," she wrote on Instagram Stories.
