AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj has many things to thank for this year and she doesn't forget to share with other people in need so that they will be able to properly celebrate Thanksgiving. The "Anaconda" hitmaker headed back to her old neighborhood in Queen on the eve of Thanksgiving to hand out free turkeys for people.
Fighting the frigid New York weather, the 35-year-old star bundled up in her black track pants and matching hoodie. She completed her look with show-stopping metallic coat for the occasion.
Nicki and Sean Bell Records joined forces on Wednesday, November 21 to give away turkeys at Rockaway Blvd and 147 Street where her fans were lining up to see the star. In a fan-captured video, the black Barbie arrived alongside her mom Carol by her side to loud cheers from the fans.
The Young Money femcee had more than 500 turkeys to give out to the South Jamaica residents. In the middle of the charity event, the "Bang Bang" raptress made sure to stop and pose with the New York City Police Department's Commanding Officer Jerry O'Sullivan, who later posted the snap on Twitter.
"I think the Commanding Officer was negotiating to become Nicki minaj's new manager. Im pulling for you Inspector. #nikiminajturkeygiveaway," he wrote in the caption.

And just as much as the people were thankful to Nicki, the global star was also grateful to the people for showing up at the charitable event. "Mommy & I had a great time with y'all today. (Yea, that's her with the hoodie on)," Nicki wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of her pouting at the camera.
"Love all of you for coming out. @seanbellrecords & @bone_mbz + everyone who helped make this happen today, thank you so much. QUEENS #QGTM LOVE YOU 4 LIFE," she concluded.
