Just days after the All That Remains guitarist's widow said he died of drowning, new report comes out that Connecticut State Police is launching investigation into circumstances of his passing.

AceShowbiz - Connecticut police officers are reportedly treating the death of All That Remains star Oli Herbert as suspicious.

Herbert was reported missing on October 16, and when officers conducted a search of his Connecticut property, they found his remains in a pond. His death was said to have been ruled an accident, but no cause was announced at the time.

Earlier this week (ends November 16), his wife Beth claimed the rocker drowned after he took anti-depressant medication and sleeping pills and fell into the water. She also revealed the rocker was self-medicating to treat his bipolar disorder.

However, according to the Hartford Courant, the cause of Herbert's passing has been ruled "undetermined" and that will remain as his manner of death until new information arises.

It's also been reported that his death is being investigated as suspicious by authorities at the Eastern District Major Crime Squad, who are putting a timeline together of his final hours and looking into his medical records.
