At one point, a silhoutte of Batman that bears an uncanny resemblance to Affleck's version of the Caped Crusader is glimpsed.

AceShowbiz - DC Universe recently unearthed a new promo for "Titans" which recapped the first half of the debut season of the series. The video glimpsed of a slew of characters featured on the show including narrated Dick Grayson's story, from his gymnast past to the death of his parents.

"It happened a long time ago," Brenton Thwaites' Robin said in voiceover. "I was surrounded by violence. So I became it." He added, "I was lost. We were all lost back then. Each one of us is struggling with the darkness within."

One particular scene, however, caught fans' attention. At one point, a silhoutte of Batman was glimpsed. While it's not supposed to be suprising to see a Batman reference in a Robin series, fans were more shocked to see that the Caped Crusader's silhoutte appeared to be from Ben Affleck's version.

"I just see this guy in that silhouette," an eagle-eyed DC fan noticed that and uploaded a side-by-side photo comparison.

Other fans also appeared to notice the Affleck silhoutte. "Is that Affleck?" one fan wondered. Meanwhile, another fan saw this as an possible tease of DCEU canon, writing, "This is really good. Please make the Titans show DCEU canon and the Doom Patrol show as well. Plus give us a spinoff with Hawk and Dove."

Fans hope that the brief appareance of Bruce Wayne in the promo is indeed a hint at Bruce's eventual cameo on "Titans". However, even if Bruce is heading to the series, it seems unlikely that Affleck will reprise the iconic character for "Titans". While the actor is technically still onboard Matt Reeves' "The Batman", rumors have been going around that he's out of the role.

Words are, Lewis Tan is eyed to play Batman on "Titans". The actor previously confirmed a meeting with DC in which they discussed a Batman related role.

Also starring Anna Diop, Teagan Croft and Ryan Potter, "Titans" is currently available on DC Universe.
